As a UX Owner of Pega Social, Pega Case Management, Pega
Survey, Text Analytics and Integration product area’s in Pega
platform, I drive the end-to-end user experience, by making
sure designs meet the expectation of users and stakeholders,
and also taking care of design process in order to build the
best product. At the same time I try to incorporate user-centric
design techniques, such as conducting design sprint, user
interview, card sorting, usability testing and retrieve feedback
so that I can help enhance customer experience.
