THE CHALLENGE

  1. During the COVID-19 pandemic, exchange houses and currency exchange services may have experienced temporary closures or disruptions in their operations. The extent of these closures or disruptions varied across different regions and countries, depending on the severity of the outbreak and the corresponding government regulations.
  2. With a limited online presence, Al Muzaini has struggled to reach potential customers who prefer or rely on online services during the pandemic. This resulted in a decline in money transactions and overall business volume.
